Wednesday’s always seemed like a good day for wenches. It’s the middle of the workweek and we could all use a good pick-me-up. Since this is the first wenchy post since the site came back up (even had to create a new category for it) I thought I’d try to get something special in. I think a little marrying of wenchiness and burlesque does the trick well.

So I was checking out the media at archive.org and came across this video (you have to download it from the page) of Roxi Dlite performing as a Pirate Wench. ShaPOW! The video quality could be better and the location isn’t the best stage ever, but it’s a great performance. Sadly they turned off embedding so I can’t just put it in the post.

But never fear, my friends. I will provide the lazy among you with an alternative. And for the not so lazy, consider it a bonus.
