^[1] I missed last Wednesday. I’m a terrible, terrible person. I know. But I’m here today, and that must count for something. Yes?

This Wednesday we’ve got a lovely smattering of Piratey Lasses rather than one single lady.

“But that sounds like a cop-out”, you say to me.

Well, maybe it is and maybe it isn’t. Maybe I had a wench all planned out and then at the last minute I decided that, though this is not a site intended for children, the Piratey Lass I was going to use was a bit risque for being so recently back in the wench waters.

So a variety you shall have to deal with. Suck it up and enjoy it.

This is a good week for wenches. It seems Marisa Miller is the new Spokeswench for Captain Morgan rum. Her official title is “Official First Mate”. I’m sure putting the word “Mate” near anything to do with Marisa Miller is anything but coincidence.

For anyone not familiar with Marisa Miller, you’re dead, blind, completely out of touch with media, or perhaps all of the above. Above all however, you’re missing out.

She’s been the number one spot in Maxim’s Hot 100, models for Victoria’s Secret and has been on the cover of Sports Illustrated’s Swimsuit Issue. And that’s just scratching the surface of her professional sexiness. You should see her in the Harley Davidson campaign. Wow!

In regards to working with the Captain:

Just because I’ve been busy this week and not in a very good mood doesn’t mean that I would skip Wench Wednesday.

I’m not that cold-hearted.

In fact, I think you’ll find that I’m kind.

Because not only do I have a wench for you, I’ve got a pinked haired one with an English accent who makes videos.

Wednesday’s always seemed like a good day for wenches. It’s the middle of the workweek and we could all use a good pick-me-up. Since this is the first wenchy post since the site came back up (even had to create a new category for it) I thought I’d try to get something special in. I think a little marrying of wenchiness and burlesque does the trick well.
