Upon the initial, examination of this rum, I glimpsed a scent of vanilla and spices, that caught me off guard. I have to say, that I was surprised on the first sip of this rum. I found the taste of the spices and vanilla very comforting and satisfying. But what got me, is when I added an ice cube to my glass. It was like a dam opened up and the vanilla and spices exploded to another level. I have to say, this rum really caught my attention and my taste buds. Three palms, was very refreshing!
